The food processor relies on a planetary system, which is based on the heads rotating in both directions at the same time, allowing it to easily prepare great dough. The 6-litre stainless steel bowl is equipped not only with practical handles, but also with a lid for protection when adding ingredients. In the bowl you can whip up to 16 egg whites at once or knead up to 1.6kg of bread dough or 1.2kg of batter.
Operation is ensured by a rotary knob for setting one of the eight speeds and the PULSE function. You will also appreciate the control panel with a display on the top. Here you can start, pause, set the desired whipping, mixing or kneading time or stop the process. After the set time has elapsed, the food processor switches off automatically.
