To activate the KEEP WARM function, simply start heating the water after setting the desired temperature. Once the Siguro Hobart T860GL kettle reaches the selected temperature, it automatically switches to temperature hold mode, which ensures that the water stays warm for up to 2 hours after which it automatically switches off. If the temperature drops during operation, the kettle switches itself back on and heats the water back up to the set temperature. The mode is also exited when the kettle is removed from the base. The function cannot be activated at a temperature of 100 °C.
