The default setting of the Siguro Metalist Advanced Control D470SU is 100 °C. If you want to select a different temperature, just use the corresponding button on the handle and set the desired temperature from 35 to 100 °C in 5 °C increments. With this kettle, you can prepare, for example, drinks that do not require boiling water (various types of tea or coffee) or baby food. The current temperature in the kettle is shown on the display located on the top of the handle.
To activate this function, simply set the temperature using the appropriate button, then press the temperature hold button to start heating. Once the water is heated to the selected temperature, the Siguro Metalist Advanced Control D470SU automatically switches to temperature maintenance mode. The maximum time of the temperature hold mode is 60 minutes and cannot be selected for 100 °C. Each press of the button and the completion of heating is accompanied by an audible warning, which can be switched off if required.
