To make operation as simple as possible, the Siguro CO-L280B Air Fry Roast Premium mini oven is equipped with a combination of touch buttons, a display and a rotary dial. You can easily select the desired baking function, temperature and cooking time. The temperature can be set up to 230°C (in 5°C increments) and there is also a 60-minute timer. Of course, there are buttons for the rotisserie and convection oven functions. You will also appreciate the interior light for a perfect overview of your food as it cooks.
You can choose from several baking functions—air frying for healthy cooking with minimal fat, top and bottom heating elements, top heating element, bottom heating element, fermentation, and drying fruit and vegetables. You can then individually set the temperature and time for each function. If you want to select the convection oven function, simply press the CONVECTION button repeatedly to choose between a convection oven with normal fan operation or a convection oven with increased fan power.
The included accessories also give you plenty of options. Grill a whole chicken or a substantial piece of meat on the rotisserie. A shallow tray is included, which you can use not only for preparing food but also for catching juices and fat from food. You can then prepare delicious homemade chips in the frying basket, and a grill rack is available for preparing steaks. A practical handle makes it easy to remove the trays and rack from the oven.
