Siguro Pure Delight wok

With a 28cm diameter, a durable three-layer ILAG® Professional S non-stick surface, premium 304 stainless steel construction, and suitability for any hob type, including induction, and for use in the oven up to 250°C. The Siguro Pure Delight wok offers all this and more. Nothing will stick to it, you’ll need minimal fat for cooking, and you can safely wash it in the dishwasher. You’ll also appreciate the food-safe materials, secure riveted handle, and shock-resistant tempered glass lid.

High-quality design made from food-safe materials

The Siguro Pure Delight pan and its handle are made from 304 stainless steel, which, like the ILAG® Professional S non-stick surface, is food-safe and does not contain or release any toxic substances. The handle's design is also very practical – it's not only ergonomic but also hollow, which means it heats up very slowly. It's also fully sealed, so no water gets inside when washing. Plus, it has a handy hole for hanging.

ILAG® Professional S surface coating

The three-layer ILAG® Professional S non-stick surface is based on an innovative multi-polymer combination specially developed by ILAG. It features an extremely long-lasting non-stick effect and is particularly suitable for gentle cooking. It also boasts high scratch resistance and consists of these layers:

Adhesive layer to bond the cookware and ILAG layers
Ceramic primer with NMP-free technology
Wear-resistant middle layer
Surface seal with a polymer matrix

Pan material structure

ILAG non-stick coating – Prevents food from sticking, making cooking and cleaning easier. It reduces the need for oil, contributing to healthier cooking. It is scratch-resistant and ensures a long lifespan.
304 stainless steel – Highly resistant to corrosion and high temperatures, which guarantees a long lifespan.
Aluminium base – The aluminium inside the base provides excellent thermal conductivity and even heat distribution. This ensures food cooks evenly and reduces the risk of sticking. Aluminium is also lightweight, making the pan easier to handle.
Induction plate – Made from a ferromagnetic material, it enables fast and efficient heat transfer, increasing energy efficiency and speeding up cooking.
